Youth will choose one type of jam—triple berry, strawberry, or blueberry. Jams will be low sugar. They will need to wear closed toe shoes, have long hair pulled back and bring their favorite apron.

Classes will begin at 9am on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Enterprise High School (3411 Churn Creek Rd, Redding, CA 96002). Classes will be held hourly, with the last one beginning at 3:30pm. Space is limited, one session per child.

Pre-registration is required, and will close on Wednesday, December 4th. Cost is $20 (non-refundable). Ingredients, equipment, and instruction will be provided. For questions, please call the UC Cooperative Extension at 530-224-4900.
